How much health insurance does a billion dollars buy? Armor for troops? Help for their spouses? Screening for PTSD? How many refugee camps could have clean water and medicine?How many people in Iowa could use a little help? How much could be rebuilt in New Orleans? How many after school programs funded? Homeless shelters built?
